Guidelines on reporting misconduct to the Insolvency Service

The Insolvency Service has published guidance outlining the procedure for reporting misconduct by companies, directors and bankrupts. Anyone can report misconduct to the Insolvency Service but the Insolvency Service cannot investigate complaints that do not relate to the matters set out in the guidance.
